What happens when you add a bunch of new devices to an old, outdated system? Not much. Let's fix that!
For over 15 years, the Imnaha Bridge School (IBS) subsisted with a few computers, and a Linksys WiFi router. While they had changed from ISDN to Satellite internet, the internals remained the same. Therefore, when the router & camera system broke down, while also adding Chromebooks in 18-19, we proposed an overhaul.
In the Summer of 2019, we installed a new Router/Firewall, managed PoE switch, WiFi access points, & cameras. With these upgrades, it can handle the complexities of multiple WiFi & physical networks for today's needs.
Now if we could just do something about that limited satellite internet....
