| The Wallowa County ESD provides one very dedicated and talented fulltime staff person to plan, coordinate, and facilitate staff development, text book evaluation, and curriculum improvement for the 21st Century Act and the No Child Left Behind Act, a federal act. This person also writes and/or assists school districts in the writing of grants, school improvement plans, technology plans and school safety plans. This person files the federally required e-rate discounts for telecommunication services for the school districts. Upon request by a local school district, teacher evaluation services are provided.
