A very capable and talented person serves as the Wallowa ESD’s School Psychologist and Special Education Coordinator. Countywide coordination of special education services, student testing and records retention are big portions of the service. The Coordinator also evaluates resource room instruction and staff. This person also serves as a consultant to the school districts to help in meeting their special education obligations.
