General Summary
The Accounting Clerk provides accurate accounting records for receipts and/or disbursements for the schools and the ESD. Duties include performing a variety of clerical and intermediate-level bookkeeping and accounting tasks, applying accepted procedures to the preparation and maintenance of accounting and other records.
Position reports to the business manager and is a responsible non supervisory position.
Performance Responsibilities
Assist all districts with accounts payable.
Ensure timely payment to vendors for all approved invoices.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Perform other tasks and work-related duties as requested by the business manager or superintendent.

Grant/Contract Manager
General Summary
The Grant/Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration and management of grants and contracts from funding agencies, ensuring compliance with both legal and organizational requirements. Their key duties include:
Communication: Serving as the point of contact between the organization and funding agencies, external partners, or stakeholders. They ensure that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting and Documentation: Preparing progress reports, financial statements, and other required documentation for funders or stakeholders. Ensuring all reports are submitted according to deadlines and in the proper format.
Financial Management: Tracking budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting for grants and contracts. They may also work with the finance department to ensure proper allocation and use of funds.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that all terms and conditions of the grants or contracts are met throughout their lifecycle. This includes monitoring the use of funds, adherence to reporting requirements, and compliance with regulations (e.g., federal, state, or institutional policies).

· Salary: $51,500 - $91,669 + 20 extra days ($5,722 -$10,185) DOE
· This is a 180 contract with 20 extra days (200 total contract days)

Speech-Language Pathologist
General Summary
The speech-language pathologist provides and oversees programs of instruction for children ages 5 through 21 years, who are eligible for communication services. The Speech-Language Pathology program operates under the Special Education Department of the ESD. Currently, the program consists of one speech-language pathologist (SLP) and one speech-language pathology assistant (SLPA). The program serves four school districts as well as the birth to five-year-old evaluations within Wallowa County and is responsible for school-age language and hearing screenings.
