No Kitchen - Small fridge, microwave, hot water kettle & Blue Mountain spring water & dispenser provided.

Walking distance to downtown Joseph. 5 minute drive to Wallowa Lake.

Pets considered - $250 deposit per pet, if accepted.

No Smoking in apartment.

30 day lease minimum. 6 month maximum (possibility of extension, to be evaluated at 5 months)

$1000 per month, includes heat/ac, electricity, water, internet. $1000 deposit.
